Cancellation Policy

Revviva Retreat Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you. Please review our cancellation terms below before confirming your booking. Cancellations More than 30 days before your retreat start date: You may cancel your booking for a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee to cover transaction costs. 15–30 days before your retreat start date: You may cancel your booking for a 50% refund of the total retreat cost. Less than 15 days before your retreat start date: Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued at this stage, as your spot has been reserved and expenses committed. Deposits If you paid a deposit, it is non-refundable but transferable to another retreat date within 12 months, provided you notify us at least 30 days before your original retreat start date. Date Changes / Transfers If you wish to move your booking to a future retreat date: You may transfer your booking once, free of charge, if requested 30+ days before the retreat start date. Changes requested within 30 days of your retreat may incur a change of £50 Cancellations by Revviva In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, minimum numbers not met, or instructor illness), guests will be offered the choice of: A full refund, or Credit toward a future retreat within 12 months.
