I am looking for 3-5 women who are between 35 and 55 years old, who would like to participate in a habit changing health program. This is ideally for women who are ready to commit to forming new healthy habits in order to lose body fat, increase muscle mass and enjoy increased energy levels.
You might have tried diets and/or exercise regimes, but have yet to find one that you can stick to, or perhaps have been a member of a gym but lack motivation to exercise alone.
This is an opportunity to be part of a weight loss program that will be focussed on sustainable lifestyle changes. You will be guided and supported through every phase of your journey. You will receive regular check-ins, advice on diet and nutrition, and exercise programming to suit your specific needs, over an initial 30 days, with a view to extending to 60 days.
