While there is a list of 34 commonly quoted symptoms of the peri-to post menopause transition, it has been established that there are indeed more than 134. Below I have categorised some of the more commonly experienced symptoms within the specific health areas to which they relate.

It is important to note that every woman is different and may experience some, all or none of these symptoms and to varying degrees. Each individual's experience of the menopause transition is different and as such, I treat every woman with compassion, empathy and individuality.
