Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or want to maximize your fitness routine to improve your quality of life in menopause, I can help. Consultations begin with a detailed questionnaire that teaches us both about your particular needs and challenges. Then, over the course of this ninety-minute session, I’ll gather information and devise a roadmap for your fitness journey going forward.
I can help you identify lifestyle changes that will empower you through your peri- to post menopause journey, discuss options to manage your symptoms be that HRT or otherwise, and refer to medical specialists where necessary.

M-POWERMENT & MOVEMENT THROUGH MENOPAUSE
4 x 90min group workshops providing you with evidence-based menopause information, and insight into the many effects of the menopause.
The science will be made simple and you will gain a thorough understanding of the system changes that occur during the peri-to post menopause transition, alongside practical applications of what we've discussed, using movement, breath work and neurological stimulation. Each week will have a different focus including topics such as the effects of declining oestrogen on all components of health including; heart, brain, MSK, neurological and sexual & pelvic health, how we might use nutrition and movement to build resilience and tap in to nervous system regulation.
You will gain practical information on the many lifestyle adaptations we might make that will offer support and empower each woman on their own individual journey.
Workshops will typically include a comprehensive awareness session, a question and answer session, and time for open discussions and to offer guidance and advice.
You will have access to downloadable course material and links to reliable and expert resources.
