Katie Breeze

Sports Therapist & Women's Health & Fitness Specialist

Katie Breeze BSc Hons,          Dip SMT, MFHT.

 

With over 15 years’ experience and an accredited Women’s Health Specialist,

Katie has worked with hundreds of clients, providing effective, lasting solutions for musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction, core rehabilitation, strength and fitness, fat loss, and restored freedom of movement.

she  combines movement analysis, exercise prescription, and hands-on soft tissue therapy to support both physical and mental wellbeing.

 Katie has specialised in recent years in women's health, and in particular, understanding the system changes that occur during the peri-to post menopause transition.

 

Using a biopsychosocial approach alongside movement, breath work and hands on therapy, Katie is able to help women understand nervous system awareness, resilience and regulation, bringing a sense of calm control and empowerment to their journey.

 Katie will coach and guide you to a more centred and grounded place, while increasing your energy levels, improving your muscle and bone strength, increasing your freedom of movement and reducing stress.

Bethan Riach

Yoga and

Alexander Technique Teacher 

Bethan Riach @MovingForms: Strength | Flexibility | Balance | Ease


Bethan has been teaching yoga classes in Bristol since 2009, her classes are inspired by Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Viniyoga and influenced by Tai Chi & Tantric Philosophy.

She trained at YogaCampus London, for her British Wheel of Yoga Diploma and at Yogasara, Bristol for her Advanced Yoga Teacher Diploma (500+ hours).

She has taken Ashtanga training in New Zealand with John Scott, in Colorado with Richard Freeman, in Edinburgh with David Swenson, and in Bristol with Ashtanga and Breathwork master teacher Christopher Gladwell. She studied Viniyoga with senior teacher Paul Harvey and her current teacher is Yoga Elder, Sarah Harlow who co-developed the Yogasara Krama Vinyasa Tantra teaching method.
 
She teaches regularly in Scout Hut 6399, Bristol Yoga Space and online, plus 1-2-1 lessons to focus on specific student needs.  

As a certified ITM Alexander Technique teacher, Bethan brings a unique understanding of how we can improve posture to bring greater freedom and ease to our movements on and off the mat.

As a remedial and sports massage therapist she supports clients to address injuries and muscular imbalances,  improve performance and recovery, and relax overworking muscles.

Rosie Letts

Nutritional Therapist and Women’s Health Specialist

Rosie Letts BSc, MBANT, CNHC combines evidence-based nutrition, functional medicine, and advanced diagnostic testing (including hormone, gut and metabolic profiling) to create highly personalised health plans.

Rosie works across the full spectrum of female health — from fertility, pregnancy and the postnatal period, through to perimenopause and menopause. She specialises in hormonal balance, digestive health, fatigue and burnout, helping women restore energy, confidence and a strong sense of wellbeing.

Rosie is the Nutrition Advisor for the Health & Her menopause platform and regularly consults for women’s health brands, contributes to media and podcasts, and runs online group programmes. Her approach is both scientific and compassionate, empowering women to understand their bodies and make sustainable, meaningful changes that support long-term health.
