REVIVA RETREATS A Holistic Approach to Women’s Wellness Through Midlife A Supportive, Personalised Experience Whether you’re restarting your fitness journey or refining your routine, our coaches meet you where you are. You’ll learn how to build strength, support your health, and feel confident in your body—now and for the future. Designed for women 40+, this retreat supports perimenopause and menopause through strength, mobility, nutrition, and recovery. We focus on working with your body—improving energy, balancing hormones, and supporting long-term health—without extreme workouts or restrictive approaches.

Balanced Movement & Recovery Each day follows a gentle structure, without pressure or overload. Morning yoga for flexibility and posture Strength and conditioning for metabolic health Evening relaxation (Yoga Nidra/meditation) for recovery and sleep Strength, Mobility & Joint-Friendly Fitness Sessions are low-impact, adaptable, and designed to improve strength, balance, and cardiovascular fitness. You’ll build functional strength, protect bone health, and move with greater ease and confidence.

Stress & Hormonal Support We incorporate nervous system regulation techniques to help manage stress, improve sleep, and support hormonal balance—key for recovery, fat loss, and overall wellbeing. Time to Reset Alongside structured sessions, there’s space to relax and recharge. Enjoy walks in nature, the sauna, and the heated pool for gentle movement and recovery.

Welcoming & Accessible
This retreat is designed to feel supportive and inclusive, whatever your starting point. With a small group, nourishing food, and a peaceful setting, it’s a space to reset without pressure.
