Service Description
A choreographed blend of functional strength exercises followed by core specific stability and strength exercises aiming to improve balance, proprioceptive awareness and co-ordination, whole body strength that in the long term will help prevent injury and keep you physically agile and strong. ** Covid safe spacing and hygiene protocols will be followed at all times. N.B. Please bring your own mat, water bottle and towel. Please do not attend the class if you feel ill, especially with a combination of common Covid symptoms (persistent dry cough, high temp, sore throat), or if you have been knowingly in contact with anyone who has Covid symptoms. On arrival, please wait outside the building until called in and find a space in the room allowing 1.5m between you and the people next to, in front of and behind you.
