BST ONLINE SUMMER OFFER 

The BST Online Coaching App provides you with all the tools you need to develop the habits of eating well, exercising, mindfulness and general well-being, at the end of your fingertips  

HOW IT WORKS 

3 workouts a week are planned and scheduled in to your calendar. You can choose what days to do them on to suit your own routine, but aim to have at least one rest day between workouts.

Daily meal plans and recipes are provided, including options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and pre and post workout smoothies, to help support your training needs. The recipes will provide a healthy balance of calories and macronutrients that will help to reduce body fat and increase muscle mass, if adhered to alongside the workouts.
