EQUIPMENT NEEDED
I've kept the sessions largely equipment free so you shouldn't need to worry about not having things, but the following items might be useful:
Tues 7:30am & Wed 9am - FIT TO THE CORE

Mat (if working out on hard surface)

OPTIONAL: A pair of light hand weights (0.75-1kg)/cans of beans/equal sized and weighted bottles of water
Thursday 9am - FUNCTIONAL FITNESS:

Friday - 8am HIIT & Core

The plan is to record the sessions so if you're unable to do them live, you will be able to access them by becoming a BST member .....so you'll be able to do them whenever you like!!
