ABOUT HOME WORKOUTS

Kinetic Flow

Wed 8-9am 

Cardio, Strength, Core & Flexibility

Kinetic Flow is a perfect blend of high intensity exercises and pilates inspired strength and core work. 
Choreographed to music, the classes combine HIIT training with core conditioning moves, upper body toning exercises and flexibility work, allowing you to torch calories and build longer and leaner muscles.  

Instead of focusing on a particular muscle group at a time as you do with conventional weight training, Kinetic Flow training recruits more muscle groups by using primal moves at high intensity for short bursts followed by compound strength exercises that require your muscles to work in harmony.

 Functional Flow

Thur 8-9am 

 
Flexibility, Core stability, Upper Body Strength and Balance. 

 

This is really beneficial for anyone who feels they ought to stretch and work on mobility a little more.

Pilates inspired flowing flexibility and core strength workout to lengthen and strengthen

Total Body HIIT & Core

Fri 8-9am 

 HIIT workouts are shorter in total duration (approx 30 mins) but you are required to work at high intensity for short bursts of 40secs with 20secs rest  intervals. The HIIT session will then be followed by a series of core specific exercises to finish off and set your metabolism burning for the rest of the day.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

 

I've kept the sessions largely equipment free so you shouldn't need to worry about not having things, but the following items might be useful:

 

Wednesday - KINETIC FLOW: 

  • Water

  • Towel  

  • Mat (if working out on hard surface)

  • A chair to rest on for balance (not to sit on!) -1 track

  • A pair of light hand weights (0.75-1kg)/cans of beans/equal sized and weighted bottles of water

 

Thursday - FUNCTIONAL FLOW:

  • Water

  • Towel  

  • Mat (if working out on hard surface)

 

Friday - HIIT/Tabata:

  • Water

  • Towel  

  • Mat (if working out on hard surface)

 

The plan is to record the sessions so if you're unable to do them live, you will be able to access them by becoming a BST member  .....so you'll be able to do them whenever you like!!
