EQUIPMENT NEEDED

 

I've kept the sessions largely equipment free so you shouldn't need to worry about not having things, but the following items might be useful:

 

FIT TO THE CORE 

  • Water

  • Towel  

  • Mat (if working out on hard surface)

  • OPTIONAL: A pair of light hand weights (0.75-1kg)/cans of beans/equal sized and weighted bottles of water

 

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS:

  • Water

  • Towel  

  • Mat (if working out on hard surface)

 

HIIT & Core
  • Water

  • Towel  

  • Mat (if working out on hard surface)

 

Many BST LIVE sessions have also been recorded, so if you're unable to do them live, you can access them by becoming a BST member  .....so you'll be able to do them whenever you like!!
