Exercise during pregnancy has benefits not just for you, the expectant mother but also for your growing baby. These 1-2-1 sessions will aim to keep you mobile and strong throughout your pregnancy, and focus you on your core and pelvic floor to ensure you are ready for the big day, and healthy and energetic to adapt to life afterwards. You will be guided through safely adapted exercises, appropriate to each trimester and beyond birth.
