BST STRONG
​Congratulations, you have taken the first step to unlocking your 5 week STRENGTH & MOBILITY programme.
This series of workouts are designed to maintain and build on your whole body strength and mobility. Each workout can be performed in your own time, and all you need is a little bit of floor space, and a few weights appropriate for your strength. I would suggest for a beginner, you might have a couple of pairs of dumbbells between 2kg and 4kg. For those who regularly participate in some resistance training, I recommend 3kg -5kg dumbbells.
