Mission
At the core of every component of my professional practice, is the desire to
EDUCATE, SUPPORT & MOTIVATE to develop client self awareness and improve overall health and wellbeing.
I bring all my spheres of knowledge together, and treat in a very holistic manner.
I very much involve clients in their treatment and ongoing rehab; combining education of how improving myofascial health will enhance their everyday functionality and vitality, with exercise prescription, and postural correction.
While my treatments are very hands-on in order to mediate changes in the body to improve function, where appropriate, I also encourage a deeper connection to a client's nervous system through breathing techniques and movement, in order to promote enhanced self-healing.
