Intercontinental Marathon for Macmillan

Dave Le Shirley and friends will be running the Gold Coast Marathon (yes in Australia) on Sun 7th July 2019, while Ben and I will be simultaneously setting off on our own Marathon route at 10.20pm on Sat 6th July, running in to the late hours through the streets of Bristol.

We will start and finish in Millennium Square, and will be running 8 and a half laps of a very flat 3 mile/5k route around the Harbourside.

At the start and finish, and indeed along the route, there are a number of bars and restaurants, so for those willing to cheer us on and offer some support, there will be plenty of opportunity to socialise while we trot off on our loops🏃‍♀️.

Whether you feel you can run 2 or 3 miles to give Ben and I some support/distraction along the way, (or even a bit further) or if you fancy a bit of cheering on, the support will be so welcome.
