A weakened core can contribute to poor posture, lower back pain, and movement dysfunction. A strong core is essential to support daily movement and reduce the risk of injuries. This 6 week progressive core strengthening programme will be taylor-made for your needs and objectives. You will receive 6 x 30min in person sessions as well as bonus exercises to perform at home between the weekly 1:1's.
