Service Description
Understanding your goals and objectives is only a part of this consultation. This is a chance to gain a deep understanding of your previous experience of exercise, your current health & fitness levels and any limitations of movement and potential barriers to certain types of exercise, you personally, might have. Guiding you through a variety of functional movements, muscle strength tests and joint range of movement tests, we will establish where (if at all) restrictions, weaknesses and imbalances lie throughout your body, enabling me to write a bespoke plan to address postural dysfunction and weakness where necessary, and put you on the right path to reach your goals safely and effectively.
